CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS

Meridian online customer service hours are between 10am to 6pm (AEST), Monday to Friday. We can be contacted by telephone on 02 4878 9520.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Meridian uses Australia Post to deliver orders. Orders are fulfilled via Australia Post within 7 days of the date the order is processed (payment taken). It may take up to 2 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS may take longer if there are unexpected stock or delivery issues. Meridian online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays. Meridian always attempts to deliver to customers within the stated delivery time frame but cannot take responsibility for circumstances beyond their control that hinder or delay the order.

BPAY

BPay Orders payments must be received within 24 hours of placing the order. Prices change regularly, therefore BPay payments that are not received within 24 hours of the Order date and time may be subject to price adjustments. BPay Orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 working days.

Some items are advertised as FREE DELIVERY. This is an added value service and is at the discretion of Meridian. We reserve the right to refuse free delivery in our absolute discretion.

All care is taken to ensure that pricing is current and accurate at time of upload, however we take no responsibility for typographical errors. Any incorrect pricing will be immediately corrected upon notification to Meridian.

ONLINE PAYMENT METHODS

Meridian accepts payment via the major credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and BANKCARD. Unfortunately we cannot accept COD (Cash on Delivery), money orders, cheques or direct deposits.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Please retain your original receipt, as you will need this as proof of purchase to obtain a refund, credit or repair. Returns and repairs can be effected without the original receipt. Copy receipts can be obtained for $10.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described online or don't do what they are supposed to do.

If your item purchased is deemed faulty, please contact us by email or phone on 02 4878 9520 to organise for a return envelope to be sent to you in which the goods can be returned for repair or exchange, depending on type of return.

All items include a manufacturers warranty. The original receipt must also be included in the return envelope. Please allow 14 - 30 days for your item to be returned. Meridian will pay freight charges to return items to the customer within the warranty period.

REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or make a wrong decision. There are no refunds or exchanges on "Special Deals".

In the instance where a refund is granted by Meridian, refunds will only be processed once the product has been received in good condition and approved by Meridian. Where a duplicate payment may have been received by Meridian, and has been verified by both parties and their financial institutions, a refund will be made.

Please note: Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show up on your bank or credit card statement. This is a condition of the financial institutions involved. BPay Savings Account refunds must be made by Cheque. We are unable to make a repayment direct into your Savings Account. The Cheque will be mailed to the address on your order unless otherwise advised.

EXCHANGE

Customers are entitled to a 21 day exchange period on most products, excluding Mobiles (which need to be returned to the relevant telecommunications Carrier and is subject to their terms and conditions) and other items purchased on a contract or through finance. A faulty product can be exchanged or returned for credit. In this instance, freight charges will be the customer's responsibility.Please note: When exchanging goods you must return all of the componentry, with the original receipt, in as new condition and including all original packaging, accessories, instructions and power supplies. We are only able to exchange or refund if the product is unused and in a saleable condition.

CANCELLATIONS

After 24 hours a cancellation fee of 10% of the order or a maximum of $50 will apply. If delivery has been made, the customer must return the product, at his or her own expense, and the refund will be made upon Meridian receiving the return product, in its original packaging, in good condition and with the original receipt.
